The provisions for loan (credit) losses, PLL, that are hitting the banks income statements this morning, April 15th, 2020, are real. Here are Bank of America (ticker:BAC) , Citi (ticker:C), US Bancorp (ticker:USB), and Goldman (ticker:GS) as percentage of Net Interest Income. PLL at BAC went from 8% of 2019 Q1 NII to 39% of NII in Q1 2020. USB from 12% to 31%. Citi from 17% to 61%. GS from 18% to 71%.
